2. The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. The item is not from our Non-Returnable Items list (see below).

Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refunds and Exchanges Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
If you opt for an exchange, we will ensure that the replacement item is sent to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.
